Dansette Transistor portable Model RT111
This cute little radio was manufactured in 1959 and its NOT to be mistaken for the later RT222 which had a glass fibre case and a rather tacky plastic trim. Unlike the RT222 the RT111 has a Rexine covered plywood case with brass trim......."NICE".
Restored electrically and mechanically it is in excellent working order and covers mdeium and Long wave bands.Some wear on the carrying strap has been repaired. at present it is powered six AA cells but can be run on "ye olde PP whatever" if you like spending lots of money on batteries.This little beauty could be yours for £65Email to buy:
